Are you insured and licensed?
We are insured and can provide you or your venue proof of this upon request. Each of our bartenders are also licensed to serve alcohol in the state of Ohio.

Do you provide alcohol?
Ohio is a dry hire state for mobile bar services. For this reason, we cannot legally provide alcohol for the event. On the actual day of the event, we can serve the alcohol provided by you to your guests. Luckily this actually ends up saving our clients quite a bit of money! Also, we can provide the mixers, garnishes, ice & everything in between!

How do I create a drink menu for the event?
We will collaborate with you on the menu and provide guidance on the amount of alcohol to purchase. We have sample menus and templates to make this process as stress free as possible. We also provide complimentary signage to make it easy for guests to see their options on the day of your event.

How far will you travel?
We are based in Columbus, Ohio! We serve anywhere in and around central Ohio. We are also very open to travelling to other regions as well! Feel free to inquire and we would love to explore options.

What experiece do you have in events & bartending?
Each of our bartenders have worked behind the bar for a least 3+ years. We only hire bartenders that we trust to bring the best possible service to your event! The owner of our company has worked as an event manager for the past several years and has a total of 10+ years of experience working various roles in hospitality. All that said, we guarantee only the best possible service for your event!

What is the easiest way to book the Hapybara for my event?
We have a form that you can fill out on this website with questions regarding your event. This is in the upper right-hand corner called “book a package”. Once you submit the form, we will send you a proposal with details and pricing. If everything matches what you are envisioning, then you would just sign the agreement and submit the initial deposit through that same proposal. We can of course help to provide any guidance on the booking process or send over an updated proposal if you would like to explore a different option!
